Updated the migration script with command to clear the target db before the migrationd and include some document count checks to make sure that at least the correct number of documents is copied.
Since I run into trouble using the --host option together with the mongo-cli version 3.4 and replicasets I used the URI string to connect to the target service.
If the docker image is fine a new image needs to be pushed and the version changed in the migration script.
