Preparing an RNDIS Direct Hotspot

Please ensure you have the following when preparing an RNDIS Direct hotspot

  • Your hosting device (the one running the TetherFuseNet application) is physically connected to your other device via a USB data-cable.
  • Your hosting device has enabled USB Tethering from the Android system settings.
  • You have selected a valid port number between 1025 and 65000.

NOTE: While using the RNDIS Hotspot, please do not disconnect the USB data cable.

I have no idea what will happen if you do - but I know for sure that TetherFuseNet will not work.
