Stop using deprecated --no-python-version-warning option

This option is scheduled to be removed in pip 25.1.

Those two failing tests are also failing on master:

FAILED tests/dep/test_sync.py::test_dependency_git_uv - AssertionError: assert not True
FAILED tests/dep/test_sync.py::test_dependency_git_revision_uv - AssertionError: assert not True
