Since release 0.8 of torchao we are publishing OS agnostic wheels and Manylinux wheels which use Stable Python API.
Please refer to: https://pypi.org/project/torchao/0.8.0

torchao-0.8.0-py3-none-any.whl 
torchao-0.8.0-cp39-abi3-manylinux_2_17_x86_64.manylinux2014_x86_64.manylinux_2_28_x86_64.whl

Hence no need to keep building Windows, Linux aarch64 and MacOS wheels since they all builds same wheel.
