Fix referenced class in docstring of v2.functional.center_crop

Currently, the docs have you refer to RandomCrop to see equivalent behavior to center_crop, even though there is already a CenterCrop transformation object. Took me a minute of rereading the page and some head scratching before realizing something was off.
