Add new entry and configurations for staging dtbo support on Purwa board. Purwa ubuntu distro will base on qcom-next-fitimage.its to create dtb.bin with staging dtbo included, thus uefi able to select staging dtbo to apply based on the string "staging" configured in efi variables.
