Same-repo smoke test for the Canonical premerge distro validation
chain, now that the rename cleanup has landed
(#99,
#100,
qcom-distro-images#133).
Expected: premerge kernel build succeeds, the orchestrator resolves
this PR's identity correctly against the new repository name, dispatches
distro image validation, and a check run lands here with a real result.
