Added support for using server groups for worker nodes and windows nodes.
If no affinity rules are defined they will not get a group. This is to keep backward compatibility with older deployments using main.
Passing this to the openstack-nova module will create a server group
wn_server_group_affinity = ["anti-affinity"]
Warning: Existing nodes will get re-created if a group gets enabled.
