Rockchip's DMC performance monitoring is inaccurate; The obtained occupancy rate differs from the actual rate by a factor of two. Therefore, the values of upthreshold and downdifferential are adjusted to provide a better user experience. Signed-off-by: Jiali Chen <[email protected]>
