Release v1.0.0: Baseline Functionality for DIALECT
This initial release provides baseline functionality to:
- Generate background mutation rate distributions using CBaSE.
- Run DIALECT to identify ME and CO interactions.
- Execute alternative methods for comparison, including:
- DISCOVER
- Fisher's Exact Test
- MEGSA
- WeSME
All large external files required for CBaSE and these alternative methods are included in this release to streamline setup and execution. This ensures the ability to run DIALECT and alternative methods on real data with minimal configuration.
