Cleaned up Gradio and Streamlit demos for clearer, more reliable behavior. Layout images and detected element counts now appear only when valid; otherwise demo falls back to original image and shows clear feedback when no layout or invalid JSON is returned. Parser always saves original image and creates layout visualization only if cells are actually detected, avoiding empty output files. Gradio demos now use argparse so users can set port and enable sharing.
