If you have a processing pattern with raw iron in its slot, and also enable "raw iron ingots" as an allowed alternative, it would account for iron twice. IngredientState's ResourceState possibilities array would report iron available twice and the calculation wouldn't realize there isn't enough iron. Fix by only allowing unique resources. Fixes GH-1326
