Add support for custom entry file paths.

This implements the proposal described in #13268 to support custom defined file paths for the entry files in the react-router.config.ts file.

Example usage:

// react-router.config.ts

import type { Config } from '@react-router/dev/config';

export default {
  rootRouteFile: "custom/root.tsx",
  routesFile: "custom/app-routes.ts",
  clientEntryFile: "custom/entry.client.tsx",
  serverEntryFile: "custom/entry.server.tsx",
} satisfies Config;
