The diff makes this look confusing, but all I did here was switch the order of the light and dark themes (so that light will show up first in the Theme Gallery).

It's a big one! This should get us ready to move everything to GitHub Pages, though (once the main website is added). The main changes are:
docs/manual.docs/manual/live.docs/frameworks.docs/tools.(You can ignore the
bundle.jsfiles in the framework examples - those are compiled from the other example files.)
