Removal of Unsupported Python Versions

Some of the python versions that we mentioned for this repository to be supported are now deprecated. We should remove those versions.

Even the most recent Mac OS versions still ship with Python 3.9.6, so despite the Python maintainers no longer supporting it, we should continue to testing it.
