pip install h5py Pillow ols-client
git clone https://github.com/rjansen1984/hdf5generator

Usage

python hdf5generator.py

Select one of the four options:

1. Create HDF5 file
2. Find datasets
3. Get attributes from HDF5 file
4. Delete groups
