plotify and meanify not documented

Piff includes three executables, `piffify`, `plotify`, and `meanify`, but only the first appears in the [docs](https://rmjarvis.github.io/Piff/_build/html/piffify.html). It would be helpful to have similar public facing docs for the other scripts.
