Added a supervision cookbook on how to blur faces with supervision, inference_sdk, and a model from roboflow universe.

This change has been tested in a google colab notebook, and was able to build locally with mkdocs serve

Please stop reviewing contributions to our codebases. I understand we have a large backlog of PRs, many of which may seem simple at first glance, but a thorough review requires a deep understanding of the codebase, assessing potential knock-on effects, checking for conflicts with current branches, and ensuring that changes are sufficiently tested.
