Pilipili is a browser extension that themes the homepage of Bilibili with a Pronhub flavour.

Images can be pixelated completely or just human bodies are pixelated using Bodypix. (See function pixelateImage(image) in main.js)

Tested on Chrome 87 and Firefox 83.
