Adds two new CSS variables:
--bs-component-active-bgreflects$component-active-bg--bs-component-active-colorreflects$component-active-colorThese CSS variables arguably should be part of Bootstrap's CSS vars. At any rate, we tend to use the variables frequently in shared components for primary accent colors.
