Feature: Add comments and sheet components.

Description

This PR adds 2 new components comments and sheet. Sheet is also extended from the @radix-ui/dialog library. Comment gives the capability to add nested comments.

Testing Instructions

1. Navigate to Storybook or a page where a standard dialog is used.
2. Verify: The sheet component renders as a sheet and takes appropriate height width changes
3. Verify: The comment section works as intended
