Single command now required to bring up working development environment. For some reason VM must be rebooted in order for php to pick up the mysql PDO driver.
… to satisfy puppet-lint.

This adds a vagrant provisioning system to gw2spidy.
People can now type
vagrant upthen visit localhost:8080 and see a running instance of gw2spidy.vagrant sshwill bring you into an ssh session on the virtual machine.This won't purge the caches or run the crawlers.
Requires virtualbox, ruby, and the vagrant gem installed.
