Adds a scheduled trigger to the existing Snyk scan GitHub Actions workflow so the org reusable Snyk workflow runs automatically once per week, without changing push/PR behavior.
Changes:
- Add a GitHub Actions
scheduletrigger for weekly runs on Mondays at 06:00 UTC. - Document that GitHub Actions cron schedules are UTC-based.
