devcontainer の設定を更新して、隣の bitclust も見えるようにしたり、 BUNDLE_AUTO_INSTALL=true で bundle install の自動化をしたりしました。

生成した後でも localhost:8080 を開いても見えないのが、手元の環境の問題かどうかわからないので、とりあえず今までの方法のままにしていますが、もうちょっと調べて変更するかもしれません。
