pointers and menus on different platforms

Hi,

Apple laptops don’t come with a three button mouse, but Self menus can be access easily by using the keyboard in combination with the mouse and trackpad. (I am using a MacBook Pro 2010 with a trackpad and not a mouse to make any corrections you deem necessary)
