I'm thinking that the "how selected project goals" section might be worth cutting and moving to a page on the rust-lang/rust-project-goals repo. |

OK, I incorporated the minor feedback but also made a major edit, cutting back on the "inside baseball" of how goals work and closing with the "project goals as a better front door to Rust" section, which seems like a decent inspirational closure. Take a look. |
