Note that same with my other attempts of not running disabled lints, if the lints are only disabled via --cap-lints=allow, then we won't see the perf. effect on rustc-perf, and it needs a manual benchmark.

I tried it on one of my projects locally, didn't seem like there's any perf. difference.
