It has to iterate through all known commits, for very little value - with the status page, we can see the history of recent benchmark runs, and I doubt that people scrolled to the bottom of the compare/graphs page to check the updated at date anyway.
To make the `/info` endpoint faster.

This should allow us to remove the hardcoded set of targets in the UI, to make it easier to work with multiple targets. It should also make the /info endpoint (and thus the compare and graphs pages) faster to load.
