Add values described in https://www.lammertbies.nl/comm/info/serial-uart for the Interrupt Enable and Line Status registers. Signed-off-by: rmsyn <[email protected]>
Add FIFO, memory, and divisor latch register flags. Add convenience functions for creating valid combinations of DLL and DLM register values, and validate user provided combinations. Signed-off-by: rmsyn <[email protected]>
