Added one additional test for French with
Bonjour.Summary by cubic
Add a unit test to verify explicit language handling. When language='fr', the transcriber skips auto detection, passes 'fr' to model.transcribe, trims ' Bonjour ' to 'Bonjour', and leaves detected_language unset.
