Summary

add tests for client credentials provider covering token expiry, metadata failures, and registration fallback
add an OAuth client provider flow test to exercise the full 401 retry path
expand token exchange provider coverage for registration, metadata errors, and failure handling

Testing

python -m pytest tests/unit/client/test_oauth2_providers.py tests/unit/client/test_stdio_client.py
