Align @next/swc binaries with 15.5.9 upgrade
The lockfile entry for [email protected] still pins all optional @next/swc-* compiler binaries to version 15.5.7. Installing from this lock will therefore download the 15.5.7 SWC artifacts even though package.json now requires Next 15.5.9, so the compiler remains on the old build (including the security fixes this bump is meant to pick up) and may throw version mismatch errors at runtime. Regenerate the lock so the @next/swc-* optional dependencies are also at 15.5.9.
