Lua filter rewrite!

The Pandoc filter has been rewritten in Lua, which makes distributing new versions easier and conversion from html to org faster.
There are also some updates to the minor mode, have a look :)

Proper bullet lists, and support for .rs.html-docs

You can easily install this by running M-x rustdoc-to-org--install-binary with the latest version of the minor mode.

Syntax highlighting!

There is now syntax highlighting for code snippets. In addition, there is some regex to greatly limit the number of search results when using search-rustdoc, which you can see in README.md.
