Small breaking change

The Helm integration was moved to a separate module that integrates with the quarkus-helm extension. This means that as long as your Quarkus application contains quarkus-helm extension, the QOSDK extension automatically augments the produced Helm artifacts. You no longer need to configure the removed quarkus.operator-sdk.helm.enabled=true property. As long as you have both quarkus-operator-sdk and quarkus-helm extensions, everything wires together. Implemented in #​1139.
