This PR sets up Honeycomb instrumentation for the Next.js app by adding OpenTelemetry environment variables to the frontend deployment configuration.
- Added OTEL environment variables (OTEL_SERVICE_NAME, OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT, OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_HEADERS)
- Configured the OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_HEADERS to source its value from a Kubernetes secret
