Implements part of #93
This PR adds support for adding Internet Calendaring and Scheduling (ICS) URLs as a connected calendar for automatic availability importing.
It also removes the explicit
addedAppleCalendaremit on the frontend in favour of a sharedaddedCalendaremit used by both Apple Calendar and ICS integrations.Note that the term "account" is used for the ICS integration despite ICS by nature not being an "account". This term is simply used to maintain consistent naming throughout the codebase.
