The Training & Certification Team at Probabl has recently launched Skolar: an open-source initiative to democratize open data science education, especially free training on machine learning with scikit-learn - this PR suggests its launch announcement.

Hi @pengtts @ArturoAmorQ
I'm reviewing the post and have the following comments / questions:
a) the file name needs to follow this format: yyyy-mm-dd.....
b) skolar is fully open source? Can a link to the GitHub repo be added somewhere? Is it the same as skore?
c) wonder if there should be a line at the top indicating this is a sponsor post, and not a scikit-learn project post, for clarification.

As per RL communication with @pengtts, I took the liberty to push some changes to this PR. I hope they help address your comments @reshamas :)
