* Bump Python and wizard dependencies Refreshes Python and wizard dependency locks to current latest. Subsumes Dependabot PRs #61, #62, #64, #65, #66, #67, #68, #69, #70, #71, #76. Python: mcp 1.17->1.27, pytest 8.4->9.0, black 25.9->26.3, isort 6->8, mypy 1.18->1.20, starlette 0.48->1.0, python-multipart 0.0.20->0.0.27, plus transitive bumps via uv lock --upgrade. Wizard: @clack/prompts 0.7->1.3, ora 8->9, open 10->11, chalk 5.3->5.6, eslint 9->10, vite 6->8, vitest 3->4 (via @vitest/ui), typescript 5->6, jsdom 26->29, lefthook 1->2, plus transitive bumps. Code fixes required by the bumps: - wizard/tests: vitest 4 changed automocking and namespace handling, so factories using {...vi.importActual()} silently failed to replace node:fs.existsSync. Replaced with explicit factories that return both named and default exports. - wizard/src/lib/setup.ts: eslint 10's no-useless-assignment rule flagged a `let keys = null` reassigned before being read; collapsed into const. * Drop Node 18 from wizard test matrix Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
