@kaizhang I have a running list here of things that I have encountered so far:
pyproject.tomlin the root (should come from cookie-cutter template, see https://github.com/zarrs/zarrs-python for an example of how I did the one forzarrsbindings if the rust stuff is tricky. it took a second for me to get the project structure right)
