Use updated Levenshtein upstream with pypy compatibility #49

the upstream package was renamed ref https://github.com/maxbachmann/python-Levenshtein/tree/v0.20.9#introduction

This PR:

  • imports StringMatcher directly and removes the 13 year old ported copy
  • removes the pypy platform check for the warning: newer versions provide pypy wheels
  • updates the corresponding references

aha I see #10 now, this would be the non-major-version-bump variant.
