[CLNP-7019] fix: Pass isByMe prop to TextFragment for correct URL link color

Summary

원인

• ParentMessageInfoItem은 항상 밝은 배경(bg-0)을 사용
• TextFragment 내부의 URL 링크는 MessageContext의 isByMe 값에 따라 색상 결정
• isByMe=true일 때 ONCONTENT_1(흰색)이 적용되어 밝은 배경에서 URL이 보이지 않음

수정 내용

• TextFragment에 optional isByMe prop 추가
• prop이 전달되면 context 값 대신 prop 값 사용
• ParentMessageInfoItem에서 isByMe={false} 명시적 전달
  • 이 영역은 outgoing/incoming 구분 없이 항상 밝은 배경 사용
