• v2: Cosmetic refinement sprint

  Called v2, is really more an evolution of current styles than a complete rework. The goals of this update: - Refactor Sass architecture to align with how I do things nowadays (i.e. [Felafel](https://github.com/querkmachine/felafel)). - Remove "tokens" concept from code. It makes things fiddlier to work with and we don't really use it much. - Implement a revised global design language, intended to make the design less "heavy" (e.g. using lighter font weights, fewer colour blocks, more whitespace, etc.) - Redesign website homepage.
