The Arduino code for the RFID reader has been cleaned up by removing unnecessary variables, removing dependance on the `delay()` function, adding convenience functions to create LED blink patterns, etc. This rewrite also introduces the watchdog timer to reset the device whenever it freezes (i.e. due to a bad network connection, etc).
