We use technology to engineer efficiency but ignore the human cost: disconnection and burnout. This is not a technical problem; it is a failure of imagination.
Human Resources is the epicentre of this challenge. We speak of agile teams and dynamic careers, yet our core systems are rigid and siloed. They cannot model the true, interconnected nature of our organisations.
I'm working to answer one question: How can we build an organisational data foundation that empowers personal flourishing at work?
