Many changes and feature

I have taken your tool and made the following broad changes:

• Added some functionality around deploying apps and cookbooks
• Added another SSH (ssh2) and left the prior on alone because it uses a tool I am not familiar with.
• Moved commands to a separate file so that maybe they will be tested in the future.
• Used nconf to handle config
• Used lodash to handle some of the finding items in arrays
• Used Promises

Please take a look through my changes, I know they are broad, and see what you think fits in the project.

Hmm looks like this repo isn't maintained anymore. @dcunited08 have you forked, it? Do you still use it?
