Fixes an issue with a ghost player appearing in splitscreen

Root Cause
Don't really know if im being honest. but i knew it was this change that broke it, i dont understnad why it would cause ghost players though. Whatever mrtheshy did to splitscreen got me fucked up. Is very sensitive
New Behavior
XUID logging fix now only applies to dedicated server
This fixes the ghost player too
