Delete market-closure EA

[dskloetc]

Description

market-closure is not deployed in infra-k8s and not referenced in RDD.

@thomjg also confirmed that market-closure is not used anywhere.

Changes

As separate commits:

1. git rm -r packages/sources/market-closure
2. git grep -liE market.?closure and made manual changes in some of those files.
3. yarn
