Convert Surelock library to Kotlin

Why?

-I wanted to migrate Surelock from Java to Kotlin

What?

-Converted the library files to Kotlin

Choosing to abandon this work (branch will still exist) as there are conflicts with modern Kotlin. Some of those issues

• Uses old, experimental implementation of coroutines.
• Kotlin doesn't currently play nice with implementing an interface that overrides an extended method. In our case, this is done with the Material & DefaultDialog which implement the SurelockFragment interface and also extend DialogFragment. A good reference: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50311579/kotlin-how-to-overcome-accidental-override-when-extending-plus-implementing , currently there is no fix for this.
