getSimulationComputeUnits not work for legacy version, add getLegacySimulationComputeUnits:

await getLegacySimulationComputeUnits(connection, ixs, signers)

// or

await getLegacySimulationComputeUnits(connection, ixs, signers.map(signer => signer.publicKey))
