Add LamiStatus and sprite-based avatar animation

This PR adds LamiStatus and sprite-based avatar animation.

  • Introduces LamiStatus enum for avatar state management
  • Adds sprite-based avatar animation logic
  • Includes drawable PNG sprite sheets (binary files)

Note: Binary files (PNG) are included and cannot be shown in diff.
